The 5-Minute Reflection

Five honest questions that don't let you stay vague about your own life, and a clear written read on what is actually going on. Free, with no pitch and no catch.

Most men are good at handling things and bad at looking at them. We keep moving, keep fixing, keep telling everyone we are fine. This is a way to stop for five minutes and get an outside view of your own situation.

It is not a personality quiz, and it is not therapy. It is a structured reflection, built from my own path of getting to know myself better.

— Jonathan Worrall

How it works

Answer five honest questions.

Not a personality quiz. Questions that don't let you stay vague about your own life. The more honestly you answer, the more useful it gets.

Get your written reflection.

You'll see it on screen immediately and get a copy in your inbox to keep: a clear-eyed read on what's actually going on, in plain language.

Decide what to do with it.

No pitch, no pressure. Some men sit with it. Some share it with their wife. Some finally start the conversation they've been avoiding.

Ready? It takes about five minutes.

Common questions

Is this therapy?

No. I'm not a therapist, and this isn't a substitute for one. Therapy was part of my own path, and I'd never talk anyone out of it. This is a structured reflection: a way to get an outside view of your own situation in five minutes.

What happens to my answers?

Your answers are used only to generate your reflection. On our end, we don't store, sell, or share your information. Your email is used to send you a copy of your results and nothing else unless you ask.

What does it cost?

The reflection is free: no credit card, no trial, no catch. If that ever changes, free stays free. It exists because I want to help, not because I'm building toward something.
